Terry's Millionaire's seafood linguine

Straight from Terry's own French family recipe book, this delicious seafood linguine is a dish that harmoniously balances the freshness of the sea with the richness of garlic and white wine.   Terry's Millionaire's seafood linguine is a masterful blend of juicy scallops, succulent langoustine & prawns, clams and tender calamari, all tossed with al dente linguine and a sauce that’s been expertly infused with the deep, savoury flavours of anchovies, capers, and a hint of chilli flakes.


As you take your first bite, the tender seafood melts in your mouth, while the garlic and capers add a pungent aroma and a satisfying crunch. The white wine and olive oil sauce, simmered to perfection, coats every strand of linguine with a velvety richness, subtly enhanced by the subtle fishiness of the anchovies. 


This seafood linguine is a culinary delight that will leave you craving more. With its perfect balance of flavours and textures, it’s a dish that will transport you to the sun-kissed French riviera with every delicious mouthful.  Served with home made Garlic bread.
